The Association for the Development of Artistic & Cultural Underwater Activities was created in order to promote and organise the development of A.C.U.A.
The A.C.U.A gather all kind of cultural activities and artistic creations organised in an underwater environment. Expositions, concerts, performances, installations : they mean the experience of an immersion , transforming the object, the visitor and the site in the meantime.
Those activities are classified on this website in four categories : music, painting, sculpture and others. You can browse those by using the menu on the top of the page.
The purpose of this association is to organise, promote and facilitate the development of ACUA.
Three sectors characterize its activity :
Creation
It takes an active part in the creation and the installation of underwater cultural events, in particular by helping the artists to optimize and carry out their projects.
Protection
The A.D.A.C.U.A is very sensitive to the safeguarding of the underwater environnement.

~ creation of especially arranged underwater trails
~ sensitizing of the public to brittleness of the underwater ecosystem
~ installation of neutral sites of diving in a ludic space for the beginners
~ installation of artificial reefs...
Adaptation
The A.D.A.C.U.A is also sensitive to the creation and the development of adapted projects : beginners, children, handicapped people.
The sensorial experiments that they propose open new fields of application.
